61% of juvenile crimes committed by Kuwaitis

A study conducted in Kuwait reveals that 61 per cent of juvenile crimes are committed by Kuwaitis, while 70.2 per cent of crimes and 89 per cent of commercial crimes are committed by expatriates.

According to the work by the Studies and Research Centre of the Secretariat General of the National Assembly, the average number of Kuwaiti prisoners is 130 for every 100,000 inmates, Al Seyassah daily reports.
