Adolescents’ heads shaved off for harassing mall visitors
Five young men had their heads shaved off for harassing families in a shopping mall in Kuwait.
The highly embarrassing punitive action was taken following several complaints from people who reported the teenagers’ unruly behaviour and their harassment of mall visitors, Kuwaiti daily Arab Times reported.
The five adolescents were referred to the authorities concerned to sign pledges of good conduct, but had their heads were shaved to deter them from engaging in new negative action, the daily said.
