Bahrain sentences 13 doctors to 15 years in jail

Bahrain’s National Safety Court of First Instance on Thursday sentenced 13 doctors to 15 years in prison. The court also sentenced two medical staff to 10 years and five to five years.

Qatar has 33 centenarian citizens

Qatar is home to 33 people who are at least 100 years old, official statistics indicate. According to Qatar Statistical Authority (QSA), senior citizens (65 years old and above) totalled 7,347, of whom 3,506 are males (47.7) and 3,841 (52.3 percent) are females.
