The Doha International Centre for Interfaith Dialogue (DICID) plans to hold its first interfaith conference in Bosnia, Qatari media said.

The conference that aims to prepare students for dialogue and to establish communication bridges between DICID and the Balkan Zone will be held in April next year in coordination with Sarajevo University.

According to Qatari daily The Peninsula, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between a DICID delegation to Bosnia and Sarajevo University to conduct conferences, seminars and workshop as well as exchange research works and experiences in the field of interfaith dialogue.

Doha-based DICID says it aims to spread the culture of dialogue, the peaceful coexistence of humanity and the acceptance of others.
