Qatar’s education minister has given a special email address to students to encourage them to communicate with him and other officials directly.

Saad Bin Ebrahim Al Mahmood told the students who headed their school parliaments that he was keen on open and clear views and suggestions that enhanced performances and aptitudes, Al Raya daily reported on Monday.

“We want our students to assume their responsibilities and be positively involved in the confrontation of challenges to the learning process,” he said.

“All suggestions that reinforce a successful learning setting must emanate from the students and the schools.”
