Egypt could join GCC, Kuwaiti official says

Egypt is on the list of countries that could join the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), a senior Kuwaiti official has said. Humood Al Radhwan, head of the GCC directorate in Kuwait’s foreign ministry, made the statement as he commented on the progress of the negotiations on Morocco and Jordan joining the alliance.

Kuwait: Nine men get hair shaved for harassing women

Nine men had the hair on their heads shaved by the police after they were caught harassing girls in shopping malls in Kuwait. The men were arrested by Hawalli security servicemen in the Salmiya shopping area and referred to the police where they were given the head shaving punishment, local media reported.
