Kuwait does not need more foreign workers, official says

Kuwait’s labour market does not need more foreign workers, a senior official has said. “The commitment to boost the rate of Kuwaiti nationals in the labour market from 31 per cent to 34 per cent by 2014 will end the need for foreigners,” Mohammad Al Kindari, the labour and social affairs assistant undersecretary, said.
