New Bahrain school attack takes toll to 24

An elementary school for boys has become the latest target of an arson attack in Bahrain. An education ministry spokesperson said that Ibn Tufail School in Hamad Town, in central Bahrain, was attacked by a group of people who started a fire on the school fence.

Kuwaiti lawyer insists Egypt’s Mubarak is innocent

The head of the Kuwaiti lawyers defending Egyptian former president Hosni Mubarak said that he had ample evidence that prove that the ousted leader is innocent. Mubarak is charged with complicity in the killing of hundreds of protesters during an 18-day uprising that toppled his 29-year, authoritarian regime last February.
